Tracie Weeden, Owner

Tracie is a retail executive with over 20 years of experience in retail operations. She began her career working for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco, spent 11 years with Hilton hotels and resorts, and is currenlty growing TW Squared. 

The nature of Tracie’s job allows her to fulfill a personal passion for travel, new experiences, other cultures and understanding how the world works in different places. Her passion for product and store development was the motivation to start TW² with Tawnya Wych.

She specializes in gift and signature stores and understands the need for unique merchandise collections for each property and store.  She implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), performs retail operations reviews and create improvement plans to maximize performance and ensure business goals are met.  She partners with team members to identify opportunities to grow the retail business and improve guest experience. 

Tawnya Wych, Owner

Tawnya specializes in retail inventory system conversions, implementation and operations. She is an expert at developing consolidated reporting to meet the needs of the distinctive departments across the platform to identify trends and build solid plans. Tawnya has led 29 system conversions and works directly with the client, systems, and finance teams to implement the solution. 

Her partnerships create a seamless interaction for customers and team members. She establishes planning targets to drive financial results that maximize revenue, gross margin and inventory turn for numerous resorts. 

Her over 20 years at KSL Resorts, Hilton, and TW Squared have given her a well-developed understanding of retail operations, financial responsibility and category planning needed to see the uniqueness of each retail space. 

When Tawnya is not found developing retail plans, she enjoys golfing with her husband and two sons along with cheering on her beloved Iowa Hawkeyes.
